"Just for Fun"Saw this effect done recently in a magazine and thought I would give it a go! Used two bananas, an apple and this pineapple before I got a picture I was happy with! I'm not sure about the busy background, whether it helped or hindered. Auto focus was a problem too but got there in the end and as always I'm learning. Right I've got to go and clean the kitchen now!

ReplyDeleteThanks Nicky, took a shot (without the pineapple) of an apple as I knew the pineapple would cover it but if I used nothing AF focused on the pattern on the tiles - grrr. Needed to use manual focus really. Then I sliced the pineapple and used a bbq skewer to hold the slices apart. Not easy the slices were so heavy they kept slipping down the stick! Then I layer masked and painted out the sticks and jazzed up the colours a bit in elements - phew! X
